We started as an informal group of volunteers from the inaugural batch of SPARKies in 2018, guided by Ms Nancy Ng, Ms Ang Bee Lian and AP Vincent Ng, to organise the Strategic Planning And Rooted Knowledge Series (SPARK Series), a transformative leadership programme for Social Service Sector Professionals.
